Thank you for buying tickets for Awaken the Goddess Festival, your transaction is complete and Paypal will email your payment transaction details. Here’s all the information you need for the day.


I am so glad you will be joining us for the next Awaken the Goddess Festival.

If you bought a ticket to the live event, the Zoom details will be emailed to you the day before the event. If you bought your ticket on the day of the festival and do not receive the Zoom link by 10am (and you’ve checked your junk folder), please call 07738 538 525 to get the details. 

 
The recording of the workshops will be sent out on Sunday because it takes a bit of time to prep and upload the videos.

If you are joining us live, please be sure to be there for 10am because it is good for us all to start the day together to set the intent and create that container of safe space. 

What you need

  • a comfy place to sit, a throw, shawl or blanket, cushions etc
  • a journal and pen(s)
  • something to drink
If you are coming to the Full Moon Circle in the evening you will also need:
  • a candle and lighter
  • massage oil or a nice lotion
  • incense or essential oils to diffuse (if you like)
  • We will be doing some jounalling, if you prefer to draw or paint instead, have your art supplies to hand.

Attending an all day online event can be taxing unless you make some time to prepare and plan your day. I have provided some tips of things to consider – scroll down for that.  Here is the programme for the day.


Some tips for a comfortable and enjoyable day

Creating the conditions

Let’s look at how you’ll support yourself to stay nourished and focused for the day. This will help you to get the most out of the special time you have gifted yourself. Here are some things for you to consider as you create the conditions you need:
 

SPACE

  • What room/space will you be in? 
  • Will you be free from distractions and able to stay present?
  • Is your seat and position comfortable? 
  • Do you have plenty of cushions and other comfy things to make yourself comfortable?
  • Would you like to create a small altar to instil a sense of sacred space?
  • Do you have space to move around, for example during the Healing Chakra Dance workshop?
  • Do you have space to lie down comfortably?


NOURISHMENT

  • What will you eat and drink during breaks and lunch?
  • Can you prepare your lunch beforehand to save time?
  • How can you include physical movement in your breaks?
  • How can you protect your break time and really take time to refresh?
  • How will you relax and recharge after the session?


PRESENCE

  • How will you stay present during the day?
  • What electronics devices (phones) or programmes (email) would be best to switch off?
  • Have you let members of your household or inner circle know that you will be taking time out for yourself and they shouldn’t disturb you?


RESOURCES

  • Do you have the equipment you need to get online?
  • What items (head phones / speakers) might aid your ability to engage?
  • Have you got a stable internet connection?
